Marketmore 76 cucumbers are known as slicing cucumbers. They grow straight and have smooth, dark green skin. Handling them, you’ll feel a few cucumber “spines” but there are not many and they easily rub off. These cucumbers grow between 8 to 9 inches long.

They are low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Vitamin A, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Potassium.
