Autumnberry Jam Recipe

Regular Sugar Jam

1 quart Autumnberry Purée
5 cups of sugar
1 box pectin
3 TBSP lemon juice

Low Sugar Jam

1 quart Autumnberry Purée
2 cups of sugar
1 tspn powdered real organic Stevia
1 box low sugar pectin
3 TBSP lemon juice

  1. mix 1/4 cup sugar with pectin
  2. stir into Purée
  3. add lemon juice and bring to a rolling boil
  4. add remaining sugar {and Stevia}
  5. return to a rolling boil for 1 minute
  6. use the cold spoon test for proper jelling
  7. ladel into jars
  8. water bath for 10 minutes
