Low Sugar Jam 1 quart Autumnberry Purée |
- mix 1/4 cup sugar with pectin
- stir into Purée
- add lemon juice and bring to a rolling boil
- add remaining sugar {and Stevia}
- return to a rolling boil for 1 minute
- use the cold spoon test for proper jelling
- ladel into jars
- water bath for 10 minutes
