a mid/late summer video tour of the gardens. We planted over 100 edible/medicinal plants in several small terraced garden beds and raised hugelkulture beds in a reclaimed run off creek flood plain. While many of the techniques used are loosely based on permaculture theory. Much of our work has been experimental beyond the permaculture norm. share our successes and failures during this in depth tour.... in other words, It's Long. ;~)

I just saw the garden tour. Really enjoyed it. Thanks.
hahaha!
i just watched it myself and got three good laughs, which i wasn't expecting. H did a great job, considering the technical difficulties we ran in to. wish we had more "before" pics of the hillside and the burn pit area, because the transformation is as great as that of the water management for hugel island. all in all, i think what we managed to do with the old "hole" is pretty spectacular. what a wonderful adventure and experiment it has been!
