Heads Up!
The driveway has not held up very good this winter so I thought I should put out a warning for those who may consider coming for a visit. Bring your big ass truck and/or don't drive on the road except to cross the creeks.
We've been in & out of the farm once a week or less for about 3 months now and if at all possible we try to wait till it's dry or frozen. However cattle production is a daily job sometimes requiring 3 or 4 trips in & out in a single day, rain or shine.
I am concerned that some who come to visit will have a hard time/damage vehicles or have to park by the mail box. In a couple places the ruts are definitely too deep to drive a sporty car over without dragging.
We feel it needs to be fixed and that the cattle lease places that responsibility squarely on the the lessee.
What do you all think?

Really sorry that the roads are so bad. The winter has surely taken its toll. Dad did the best he could do with them until they dried out because trying to do much before that was mostly just mixing the mud, which he has done too. Have you talked with R or N about possibilities? You are right - they do need to fix it.
