The Prickly Pear Spilanthes Cocktail

The Prickly Pear is a refreshing fall experience cocktail that feature the electrifying effect of Spilanthes flowers aka Buzz Buttons.
Serve it with a spoon to get all the yummy infused pear chunks off the bottom.

This recipe is for 2 mugs of Prickly Pear.

Peel and dice one fresh pear
(should make about a 1/2 cup of diced pear)
Add
1 &1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice,
1 tablespoon of agave syrup,
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg,
1/4 teaspoon of ground fennel.

Combine ingredients in your shaker
add 2-4 spilanthes flowers
Muddle,
add ice.
Pour 2 oz of vodka over the ice and shake
Transfer into 2 spilanthes rimmed drinking glasses
Add hard pear cider to top of glass and enjoy
